Training Program Analysis for Incidents in Hydrogen Refueling Stations

چکیده
As the number of hydrogen refueling stations has increased rapidly in recent times, evaluating their incident training programs for first responders, gained importance. In this study, Delphi method was used investigating programs, and importance consensus analyzed using analytical hierarchy process (AHP). Location operating methods emergency shutdown devices, safety distance, response procedures depending on station vehicle, were deduced. The results reveal that regarding devices is most important, followed by one distance. Quantitative analysis with regard to can improve capability responders.
